Technology

Reliance use wax thermostat technology as the Engine for temperature management, automatically managing the mixing of hot and cold water, to the user pre-selected outlet temperature. It proportions the amount of hot and cold water entering, dynamically compensating for any variations in supply pressures or temperatures, to maintain a stable mixed temperature.
In sanitary hot water uses, when cold water supply fails, the thermostatic mixing mechanism will automatically "shut down" the flow so as to prevent dangerously hot water being discharged.


Product Description

The DC150™ is a uniquely styled, anti-scald, thermostatic shower with separate flow and thermostatic control knobs. The high performance anti-scald thermostatic cartridge provides extremely stable mixed water temperature. The flow can be regulated using 1¼4 and 1¼2 turn ceramic disc technology.


Applications

The DC150™ thermostatic shower valve is a high performance shower. Suitable for sports halls, care homes, hospitals, or typical domestic properties. The high flow rate, superb temperature control, and instant failsafe in case of hot or cold water failure, means that this shower can be used safely in any environment.
